Yes, you can report any video or scenario you believe violates the rules or may be illegal by navigating to the “Complaints and Content Removal” section at the bottom of the footer.

Product Information (Videos)
The videos are in MP4, Full HD 1080 format.
Once the payment is completed, the videos will be available for download. You will see a “Download” link, and clicking on it will save the video to your computer.
Only members can stream videos directly on the website.
For those who purchase videos outside of a membership, streaming is not available. The videos can only be watched after downloading them to your mobile device or computer.
Returns and Refunds
No, refunds are only granted in the following cases:
- When the video contains an unfixable error, and there is evidence supporting the issue.
- If the product purchase has been repeated or duplicated by the user.
In these cases, we will issue a 100% refund.
If the product does not meet your expectations, please send us an email, and the site manager will determine the best way to assist you.
All complaints will be reviewed and resolved within 7 working days.

No, it is not refundable.
Yes, the membership includes access to all videos on the website, except for certain special videos that require an additional bonus to unlock.
All videos are available for streaming only; downloading or copying videos is strictly prohibited. If a customer is found downloading or copying videos, their membership will be immediately terminated without a refund. Additionally, their IP address and email will be permanently blocked.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You will still have access to the videos until the end of your current billing cycle.
